Our Story

In the past, in order to use the mungbean in a delicacy, we have to split and soak in water for its peel to come off. Only then that we are able to use the peeled split mungbean. Mr Kitti, an observant and brilliant person notice that a rice mill can be modified to use with mungbean as well. This allowed the peeled split mungbean to be obtained with ease.
